South East Rural Community Councils (SERCC)

SERCC is the association of eight RCCs in the South East. It is a registered charity and its board of trustees consists of chief executives and chairs of the RCCs in the region. SERCC’s primary aims are to:

  • Be the leading catalyst for community development in the South East, predominantly in rural areas

  • Provide high quality services to enable people to build thriving, diverse and sustainable rural communities in a pleasant environment

  • Determine that government policies at local, regional and national level take account of rural communities

  • Ensure that the rural voice is heard.
