As Volunteers Week 2017 comes to a close, ACRE wanted to take the time to say one final THANK-YOU to all volunteers, who are making England’s rural communities such vibrant and cohesive places to live.

Action with Communities in Rural England joins with Smart Energy GB to help communities in the countryside benefit from smart meters
14 September 2016: Smart Energy GB, the voice of Britain’s smart meter rollout, has announced a partnership with Action with Communities in Rural England (ACRE). The partnership will allow people living in rural communities across England to learn more about the benefits of smart meters.
