This is an opportunity for you to thank a volunteer for their valued contribution to your village hall.  Maybe to mark their long-term dedication to the hall charity, their contribution to a particular fundraising event or to recognise the energy and support the volunteer offers the committee.  It could be a hirer of the hall who runs a regular coffee morning for the community.
