Crowdfunder for Kent ACRE’s

village halls service

An online fundraising campaign has been launched by Kent ACRE to help bring a permanent village halls service to the county.

In recent years, Kent’s village halls have been without the advice, guidance or practical support that’s needed to take them from simple venues-for-hire to vibrant community hubs.

Kerry Outlaw, Chief Executive, said: “We are now six weeks into our three-month crowdfunding campaign.

“With a bit of luck and support from our fellow Network members, combined with a few generous donors, I have every faith that we will be able to achieve our goal.”

The campaign has a fundraising target of just over £71,000, with the current total standing at a respectable £5,800.
