Find out what’s happening in your area this #VillageHallsWeek, 18-24 March 2024

This year, as part of our campaign encouraging village halls to ‘go green’, we’re encouraging volunteer management committees to open their buildings to the public and let them know about the good work they are doing.

We’ve built a map which lists community buildings that have expressed an interest in holding events and open days. This has been populated using information supplied to us via our #VillageHallsWeek expression of interest form. If you would like your hall added, please complete this! We will update intermittently with new events.

If you would like more information about an event happening near you, please follow the link to the hall’s website or make contact directly.

Village Halls Week 2024 Sponsors

We are grateful to Utility Aid and Hallmaster for sponsoring Village Halls Week 2024.

Utility Aid are the largest energy broker for the not-for-profit sector. They are able to help halls check if they are on the right meter profile, review the costs of existing tariffs and identify the lowest possible prices – a free audit of bills can be requested here. They also offer a national charity tender allowing groups to join together and save on their energy tariffs.

Hallmaster provides the leading online reservations system for village halls, developed in close conjunction with committee members and trustees. The system takes bookings, allows for easy invoicing and can even integrate with smart heating controls.
