ACRE achieves ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality service management

National charity recognised for its focus on providing quality information, support and solutions for the benefit of rural communities.

ISO 9001:2015 certified is an internationally recognised quality standard that helps organisations prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Action with Communities in Rural England (ACRE) has been certified as an organisation that provides high quality provision of information, guidance, support and solutions for the 38 members of the ACRE Network. The certification also recognises the charity’s approach to collaborating with other national stakeholders, including government bodies with the aim of influencing rural policies and rural affairs.

The award was made following an extensive external audit performed by QMS International Ltd that included a focus on customer experience, leadership, stakeholder engagement and various management and administrative processes.

Paul Dixon, ACRE’s Rural Evidence Manager said, “We are pleased to have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification as it underscores our commitment to delivering the highest level of support to our members and the rural communities they support.”

The charity joins the ranks of many of the world’s leading companies and organisations in having ISO 9001:2015 certified status.
